Cinnamon Banana Bread Recipe
This cinnamon banana bread recipe is an upgrade from the easy banana bread recipe. All we are doing here is adding a bit of cinnamon to the banana bread batter, so we get that little extra cinnamon flavor. Otherwise this banana bread recipe is still very easy. Now let's get to it!For This Cinnamon Banana Bread Recipe You Will Need:
- 2 1/3 cups of mashed overripe bananas- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- a little salt
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 3/4 cup of (brown) sugar (brown sugar is healthier)
- 2 beaten eggs
- some cinnamon powder
1. Lets begin with turning on the oven, we set it to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). The oven will be hot by the time we are finished with the banana bread batter and ready for baking.
2. We take a big bowl and mix in all the flour, baking soda and salt. Into another bowl we mix the wet ingredients and sugar. First we mix the melted butter and sugar, then we add eggs and at the end we mix in mashed bananas and some cinnamon. We can use a stick hand blender and mix until we get nice and even texture. Then we pour the mixture into first bowl and stir.
3. Take some butter and grease you banana bread pan. Then pour in the cinnamon banana bread batter and put it in the oven. It takes somewhere around 60 to 65 minutes for your cinnamon banana bread to bake. You know the bread is done when you can stick a knife in it and it comes out clean.

Has anybody ever pointed out how annoying this site is? It seems to be aimed at 3-year-olds. I wanted a banana bread recipe, but the way these recipes are written just puts me right off.
I like this recipe. I also like how it is family friendly. If you don't know how to cook it is great so you don't mess anything up.
Anytime I read "Ass kicking" and banana bread together, I must try it.
Aimed at 3 year olds? I resemble that remark! Move on honey, life is to short.
I think that this site is great! It in nice to have a non-complicated recipe that can ensure you the same success as the person who shared the recipe.

This was absolutely fantastic bread! This is the best banana bread recipe I have ever found. I think I might try putting walnuts in the next loaf.
Hello Everyone!
Just finished making your cinnamon banana bread but I also added vanilla and almond extract and marshmellows....although I made the mistake of putting the marshmellows on top of the bread in the beginning of the baking process, now I think it would be great to put them on top in the last two minutes of baking!
